- Digital Products (PDFs, JPG or other): We offer downloadable knitting patterns, seamless patterns, illustrations and guides (both free and paid).

- Handmade Physical Products: Handcrafted knitted items made with high-quality fibers (merino wool, silk, fine yarns). Due to their handmade nature, minor variations may occur between pieces.

- Upcycled Garments: Unique pre-loved items that have been individually redesigned and upcycled. Product descriptions specify exact sizing, condition, and garment details.

3. Payment Options & Currency

1. Shipping Destinations & Dispatch

We ship internationally from Iceland to Europe, North America (USA), and select countries in Asia. Orders are typically processed when the product was finished for you within [8 to 20] business days.

2. Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Clearance

  • Iceland & EU/EEA Customers: Value Added Tax (VAT) is calculated during checkout where required.

  • USA, UK, Asia & Non-EU International Customers: Orders shipped outside the EEA may be subject to local import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country upon arrival. These additional fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. iLAALi Studio has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

3. Delivery Delays & Risk of Loss

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout as guidelines only. We are not responsible for delays caused by international customs clearance or local postal infrastructure. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed to the carrier.

2. Shipping & Delivery

a. Digital Products (PDFs/Illustrations): Digital downloads are delivered automatically to your email immediately after checkout or registration.

b. Physical Products (Knitted Items, Accesories, Art & Upcycled Garments):

- Processing Time: Physical ready items are prepared and dispatched within [2–5] business days. Orders made when are pieces is woven/knitting/stiching/embroidery/art/ illustrations crafted by hand, please allow 2-4 weeks we going to be in contact to you.

- Domestic Shipping (Iceland): Orders are shipped via [Íslandspóstur / Posturinn or Dropp]. Estimated delivery time is 6 days if is ready to send, if is making by order could be 10 days to 20 days (could less time, impredictable weather could be more time) business days.

- International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by location. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in the destination country.

c. Art: Orders ready are processed and dispatched within [3–10 business days]. Special orders requiere more time than we create the agreement of the times together.

- Made-to-Order / Custom Art: Because each piece is crafted by hand, please allow [2–4 weeks or could be more depend the size talk with us] for creation before shipment. You will receive an update and tracking details once your piece is ready to move.

Returns & Refunds Policy

1. EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under European Union and Icelandic consumer law, customers located in the EU/EEA have the right to cancel or return their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item without giving any reason.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Custom-made or personalized items are exempt from standard returns unless defective.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to Iceland unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Each piece is individually designed, embroidered, and hand-knitted to your unique specifications. Because these items are custom-made, they are exempt from the standard EU/EEA 14-day right of withdrawal.

  • Cancellation/Changes: You may request changes or cancel your order within 3 days of approving the initial design. After 3 days, all custom sales are final as production begins.

  • Faulty Items: We check with the standars of quality Luxury and take a video of how we send to you, In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging, so I can arrange a repair or replacement provide you with an status of your product by email and send to you inmidiately

Digital Products Policy

1. Instant Access & Waiver of Withdrawal Right

All digital downloads, graphics, templates, or digital media are available immediately upon purchase completion.

Notice for EU/EEA Consumers: By completing the purchase of a digital product and initiating the instant download/stream, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal/cancellation under EU Consumer Rights Directive rules.

2. Refund Exclusions for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, unless the file is proven to be corrupted or defective and cannot be replaced.

3. Personal License & Use Terms

Purchasing a digital product grants you a single, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, share, or claim ownership of any digital assets purchased from Ilaali Studio.

Custom Order Policy

1. Proofing & Approvals

  • Custom orders begin production only after initial consultation and client sign-off on digital proofs (where applicable).

  • It is the customer's responsibility to review proofs carefully for design details, dimensions, text, and spelling before final approval.

2. Production Timelines

Production for custom work typically takes [e.g., 2–4 weeks] after proof approval. Estimated completion dates are guidelines and do not account for shipping times.

3. Cancellations & Non-Refundable Status

  • Non-Refundable: Custom, personalized, or bespoke items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has commenced or final proof approval has been granted.

  • Deposit / Partial Refund: If a custom order is canceled prior to production but after initial design work has begun, a design fee of [e.g., 25%–50%] will be retained from the refund to cover initial labor.
